Customer Service
All courses provided at realestatelicensing.com are approved for credit, through California Academy of Real Estate, by the California Department of Real Estate.
Shipping Policy: All course materials are shipped to you not later than the next business day following receipt of an order. All items are shipped via United Parcel Ground Service. Southern California should take one business day. Northern California should take two business days. Out-of-State could take 4 to 6 business days.
Refund Policy: A student may cancel enrollment within (7) seven business days following receipt of course material and receive a refund of all monies paid, less shipping & handling, upon returning all course material in an undamaged condition. Any refunds due will be made by the school within 30 days.
Final Examinations: Students may use an open book and take their exams on-line, without a proctor. Final exams may also be taken in our administrative office, or mailed to a proctor who is not related to you by blood, marriage, domestic partnership, or any other relationship to the person taking the examination that would influence them from properly administering the examination.
Certificates of Completion: Certificates of completion will be mail to the student not later than the next business day following the completion of ALL final exams. Facsimile copies are available for those who may have an immediate deadline.
Guarantee Pass State Examination Policy: Anyone who purchases and completes our Real Estate Licensing Package; State Exam Review Package; Salesperson's Edition, or State Exam Review Package, Broker's Edition and does not pass the state exam may qualify for a refund. Click here for more information.
