You will receive a State-of-the-Art textbook that was written by David Calhoun, the owner of our school, who has been teaching Real Estate Principles & License Preparation since 1975.  He taught out of seven different textbooks before writing our textbook.  The textbook was actually written backward from a sampling of questions that have been used on the California State Exam.

You will receive an Examination Workbook, Salesperson’s Edition, that contains 1,875 practice questions & answers that are similar to the questions on the State Exam.  Mr. Calhoun compiled these questions from his comprehensive database of what has been asked previously on the State Exam.

You will receive an Audio CD package consisting of six CDs, with 57 individual tracks, and a workbook.  The workbook is similar to a portable chalkboard so you can see the diagrams that go along with the lecture in the convenience of your home or office.  The CDs teach you the major concepts in the textbook the way you need to understand them for the State Exam.  An index is provided so you can review specific subjects by going immediately to that track.

Each graduate will receive a State Exam Update & Last Minute Review and a Final Update.   The State Exam Update & Last Minute Review consists of frequently asked questions on the State Exam.  The Final Update consists of new questions and answers that have recently been added to the State Exam.
