Real Estate Principles & License Preparation

You will receive the Real Estate Principles College Level (Statutory) Course, State-of-the-Art Textbook, Examination Workbook, an Audio CD Package, and a State Exam Update & Last Minute Review, and Final Update with your certificate of completion.

You will have an important advantage by using a State-of-the-Art Textbook that has been designed to help you pass the State Exam.  Every example comes directly from previous State Exam questions.

The Examination Workbook has 1,875 practice questions with answers that are similar to the State Exam. This is the key to your success.

The Audio Package is unique and exciting.  A workbook is included which is used to simulate the chalkboard in a classroom.  Over 100 diagrams place you in a classroom environment while studying in the convenience of your home or office.  This is a hands-on approach created by David Calhoun, who has been teaching Real Estate Principles and License Preparation since 1975.  All subject matter is explained as required to pass the California Real Estate Exam.  Math concepts are simplified by using special teaching techniques developed by Mr. Calhoun.

A State Exam Update & Last Minute Review and Final Update are given upon completion of the course. The State Exam Update & Last Minute Review consists of frequently asked questions. The Final Update consists of new questions & terminology.
