These correspondence courses are approved for Continuing Education credit by the California Department of Real Estate.  However, this approval does not constitute an endorsement of the views or opinions that are expressed by the course sponsor, instructor, author, or lecturers.

Course Requirements - All courses consists of a reading assignment and a final examination.  Courses that exceed three hours will also have mini-quizzes.  The answers to the mini-quizzes are provided so you can check your comprehension of the course material.

Final Examination - The student must score a minimum of 60% on an OPEN BOOK final examination to receive credit for the course. The student must score a minimum of 70% on any final examination that is taken on/or after February 29, 2008. The student may have up to one minute per question to complete each final examination. 

Effective February 29, 2008 final exams will be divided so that a maximum of 15 credit hours are only taken during any one 24 hour period. 


Time Element – Time elements begin from the time you receive your course materials.  Three-hour courses may be completed in three hours.  However, multiple purchases of five, three-hour courses can be completed in a minimum of one day. Six-hour courses can be completed in one day.  Fifteen-hour courses can be completed in two days.  Eighteen-hour courses can be completed in two days.  Twenty-one hour courses can be completed in three days.  A forty-five hour package can be completed in a minimum of five days. The maximum time to complete any course is one (1) year from date of enrollment.

Grading - We require that all licensees successfully pass with a score of 60%, an open book, final examination. (70% on finals that are taken on/or after February 29, 2008 ).  Any licensee who fails the final exam may take a second final examination at no extra cost.

Refund Policy - A student may terminate enrollment by mailing such notice as CERTIFIED MAIL.  The effective date of cancellation is the date postmarked.  The school will make any refunds due within 30 days.  A student may cancel enrollment within seven (7) business days following receipt of course material and receive a refund of all monies paid upon returning all course materials in an unused condition.  Student cannot receive any refund once the final examination has been scheduled.
