Course Requirements - All courses consists of a reading assignment, a review quiz, and a final examination. Courses that exceed six hours will also have mini-quizzes. All quizzes must be completed with a score of 70% or better in order to proceed to the final examination. This incremental assessment is mandated by the California Department of Real Estate. Course quizzes and final exams are to be taken online.

Final Examination - The student must score a minimum of 70% on an OPEN BOOK final exam to receive credit for the course. The student may have up to one minute per question to complete each final exam. If you fail a final exam, you may take an alternate final exam at any time. If you fail the alternate final exam, you will have to wait a specific number of days to retake the initial final exam. The quizzes can be re-taken at any time.
15/24 HOUR RULE: Student may only take 15 hours of continuing education final exams during any one 24 hour period. Final exams for courses that exceed 15 hours will be divided into two equal parts.

TIME ELEMENTTime elements begin from the time you receive your course materials. A multiple purchase of five, three-hour courses cannot be started until you have had the package in your hands for two days. A multiple purchase of forty-five hours cannot be started until you have had the package in your hands for three days. The maximum time to complete any course is one (1) year from date of registration.
GRADING - We require that all licensees successfully pass with a score of 70% an open book, final examination. Any licensee who fails the final exam may take a second final examination at no extra cost.
REFUND POLICY- A student may terminate enrollment by mailing such notice as CERTIFIED MAIL. The effective date of cancellation is the date postmarked. The school will make any refunds due within 30 days. A student may cancel enrollment within seven (7) business days following receipt of course material and receive a refund upon returning all course materials in an unused condition. Student cannot receive any refund once the final examination has been taken or ordered. The school will deduct credit card charges and shipping charges from any refund.
