Salesperson's 1st 4-Year Renewal Courses
- Licensed Prior to October 1, 2007 - 15 Hours Required
- Licensed On or After October 1, 2007 - 45 Hours Required
Real estate salespersons who were licensed prior to
October 1, 2007
and are renewing an original license for the first time, must complete 15 hours of approved continuing education courses within the four-year period preceding license renewal. This include five, three hour courses in Agency, Ethics, Fair Housing, Trust Funds, & Risk Management.
Real estate salesperson’s licensed on or after 10/1/2007, who were required to have all three statutory/pre-licensing courses (Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Practice, and one additional course), must complete 45 clock hours of DRE-approved continuing education courses. Our 45 Hour Package 1 meets this requirement.
Risk Management is included for free.
(All license renewals require a three-hour course in Risk Management)
